MobileConnect*
Call Connectivity - allows you to connect up to 2 mobile phones to make and receive mobile calls. This allows calls to be made using either your horne
line or mobile network from any cordless handset.
No home line? No worries. You can simply use the cordless handsets to make calls via your mobile network only - perfect for mobile only households.
Phonebook Transfer - you can use MobileConnect to transfer contacts from your paired mobile phones to your cordless phone - up to 1000 entries
in total. There's no need to manually input names and numbers into your cordless phone.
Power Fail back-up
Tech's Power Fail back-up system lets you make calls during a mains power
interruption with your cordless phone. During a mains power interruption you can
supply the power stored in your handset battery to the base unit, so you can make
calls even when the power is out.
Place the charged handset in the base unit when mains power fails to make and
receive calls via the handset's speakerphone.
For multi handset packs, place a charged handset in the main base unit when
mains power fails to make and receive calls either via the power back-up handset's
speakerphone or from any extension handset as normal.
Call Block**
Calling Number Display Call Block allows you to block unwanted PRIVATE and
UNAVAILABLE calls.
The Call Block List allows you to block incoming calls from up to 20 specific user
programmable numbers.
Volume Booster
Volume Booster amplifies incoming sounds to enhance the clarity and loudness of
the voice on the handset earpiece. Simply by pressing the one touch button on
the handset, the user can adjust the receiving volume to suit their individual
requirements. Ideal for hearing-impaired users, or for those who prefer a higher
volume level on the telephone.

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@retrounit.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
