32 countries participate, and data on players, formations, and more is based on the latest international matches from 1999.

■ Based on the latest "Arcade" mode
, "Virtua Striker 2 ver.2000," players' actions, teamwork, and the internal dynamics of formations have been further improved, resulting in a new version that goes beyond "ver.2000."

■Original elements of the Dreamcast version: "International Cup" mode
Just like real-life international matches, teams that survive the group league advance to the tournament, and you can set the first and second halves and the time.
New rules such as offside, yellow cards, and red cards have also been added. The number of participants can be set up to 32.

You can also choose between tournament and group league matches. There are 12 stadium stages. (In addition to new stadiums, stadiums that have appeared in previous series are also available.)
