A classic, touching tale of love and adventure
Based on a short story by Ernest Hemingway. Gregory Peck stars as Harry Street, a writer who loses his intellectual and emotional way after early commercial success. While on safari on Africa, he pricks his leg on a poisonous thorn and falls ill. His wealthy wife (Hayward) is at his side, trying desperately to keep him alive.
While delirious from fever, he reflects back on his colorful life from his teenage years in the Midwest to his travels in Europe and then Africa. He looks back upon his one great love, (Gardner) and the circumstances that tore them apart.
Through his recollections he tries to find the meaning of his life and work.

Roccia, an experienced champion mountaineer and Martin, a top sports climber, join forces to conquer Cerro Torre.
The expedition results in betrayal and the tragic death of Roccia's long-time climbing partner, but Martin claims that he has reached the summit. Put under pressure by the public suspicion of his unsupported claim, Martin is compelled to tackle the mountain a second time. Again he is challenged by Roccia and the two begin a bitter climbing duel with a fatal outcome.

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
