this video is truly an inspirational mental and physical experience
for baby and mom.
The 40-minute class starts with simple Yoga warm ups and
stretches for the moms, then continues with sitting and standing
exercises where the babies help the moms strengthen and tone
the muscles of the stomach, chest and shoulders, thighs and
buttocks, and the lower back. The program, which features a live

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
