The Telstra Smart Modem™ Gen 2 has the power to use both our home internet and mobile networks, allowing you to:
- Get online, and use your home phone if you’re on the nbn™ network, even before your home network has been activated. Using its inbuilt, pre-activated SIM, it connects to our mobile network right out of the box.
- Keep using the internet, and your home phone if you’re on the nbn™ network, if there’s a problem with your home internet connection. Your modem will automatically switch to our mobile network if required, then switch back once the issue is resolved.

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
