DECT 6.0 cordless telephones operate in a dedicated cordless phone frequency band (1.88GHz to 1.9GH) offering interference free, high quality, wireless security with increased range and excellent battery life.
Advanced Built-In Dual Antenna System
This system is especially effective in indoor environments where signals rely on reflection rather than transmitting directly to the base where each reflection may reduce range. The Dual Antenna System minimises this issue by selecting the best signal, reducing the affects of physical interference and ensuring maximum range and reception.
Wi-Fi friendly
Wi-fi products operate in a frequency band of 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz. The Telstra 9650 operates on the dedicated DECT frequency band and will not interfere with Wi-Fi products such as a Home Network Gateway for internet access.

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@retrounit.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
