Surgipack Soft Comfort Arm Sling.
DIRECTIONS: Using the illustration on the front of the pack as a guide to how the sling
looks when in place correctly, please follow these instructions.
Firstly remove the arm sling from the pack and lay it out flat in front of you with the
fixed loop at the same end as the elbow of the injured arm. Then bend the arm and put
it into the fixed loop until the loop reaches the elbow. Next pass the tail of the sling
behind your back and over the opposite shoulder and down to and around the wrist.
Adjust the sling making sure that the angle of the arm is roughly parallel with the
ground. Secure the sling by putting the safety pin provided through the double
thickness just above the wrist.
Finally make any minor adjustment to the height and angle of the arm to make
it as comfortable as possible.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash in warm soapy water then rinse out well,
dry on a flat surface away from direct sunlight.

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@retrounit.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
