PILATES EDITION
The Pilates Edition was created in cooperation with the renowned "Pilates Coach Germany" institute. The Pilates method strives to
connect elements of standard fitness training, dance, yoga, breathing exercises, and physical therapy, shaping it into a holistic
training method which affects both body and soul. Focused stretching- and fortifying exercises in connection with focussed
breathing will lead to a strengthened muscle apparatus of the pelvis-, abdominal-, and back muscles. The result will be a longer,
well-shaped muscle tons and a more flexible body.
FOAMROLLER
Juliana Afram, international Pilates presenter, shows on this DVD how to use the foamroller as an instrument for a challenging and
diverse Pilates workout. The featured exercises aim to achieve better rump stability and coordination. This is done via an optimal
adjustment of the joint apparatus. Very quickly, continuous exercising will lead to more powerful, better-shaped muscles. These
exercises can be done by beginners as well as intermediates.

Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
