Prince Edward is tired of living in his castle with no
friends except for his pet Falcon, Edgar--a cowardly

who's afraid of heights.
Tom Canty is a pauper who wishes he could be Prince
for a day. When these two meet by chance and decide to
trade places, it seems like the dream of a lifetime. But deep
inside the palace, Edward's ambitious guardian, the sleazy
Lord Hereford, and his assistant, a wily panther named Panza, are
scheming to take the throne for themselves. And when the aged King dies, it looks like
Tom will be crowned by mistake!
With the help of Miles Hendon, an out-of-work knight with a big heart
and an even bigger ego, Edward tries to make his way back to the castle
in time. But Hereford is waiting, and it may be up to England's biggest
chicken of a falcon to find his courage and save his friends.
Based on Mark Twain's beloved tale and featuring a variety of musical styles--from a
