Having not tasted Premiership success since the epic Grand Final of 2006, the West Coast Eagles
have again ascended to the pinnacle of the competition after being crowned 2018 Toyota AFL
Premiers following a stirring victory over high-flying Collingwood.
Having narrowly scraped in the top eight in the previous season, the Eagles unceremoniously
crashed out of the 2017 Finals Series following a Semi-Final loss to the GWS GIANTS. Heading
into the new year, the rejuvenated West Coast Eagles of 2018 were determined to make
amends. Led by coach Adam Simpson, their list bristled with talent: captain and key defender
Shannon Hurn alongside Jeremy McGovern, a dynamic midfield that included Elliot Yeo, Luke Shuey
and Jack Redden, and the goal-kicking prowess of key forwards Josh Kennedy and Jack Darling
- this was a balanced team able to match any opponent. A second-place finish on the ladder saw
the Eagles snatch a tense Qualifying Final victory over Collingwood at Optus Stadium, and set up a
Preliminary Final against Melbourne in Perth. Against a resurgent Demons outfit the Eagles were
far too strong, putting the game to bed early and booking their Grand Final berth. And on a historic
afternoon in front of a packed house at the MCG, the Eagles soared past Collingwood, sparking
celebrations in the West with a triumph that will be celebrated by fans for years to come.

Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
