Timmy Blair has more than a usual twelve year old's share of problems: his father is too tied up al work to pay attention to him, his step mother resents him and loads him with chores, friendless at school he dreams up imaginary companions, and to top it all off, Timmy has just discovered a 500 pound gerilla snoozing in the garage!
The ape is Zamora, escaped from a carnival sideshow, friendly and inquisitive about the new world she's discovered beyond bars.
like any young boy, Timmy wants to keep the gorilla as a pet, having been denied other pets it the past. Timmy manages to keep Zamora a secret until the big ape wanders into the house, destroys Timmy's stepmother's freshly baked cake, and seares her unconscious! Not believing
Timmy's stery of how an ape wrecked the cake, his stepmother grounds him for life.
The situation spirals out of control, becoming more than Timmy can handle when the sideshow owner, a cold-blooded big game hunter, Animal Control Officers, and a bungling trio of animal rights fanatics come searching for the escaped gorilla!
With the aid of his crazy old junkyard owner friend, Timmy and Zamora embark on a series of adventures unlike any Timmy could have ever dreamed of!

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@retrounit.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
