When two dragonfly barnstormers come to Sunny Patch, Dragon is suddenly faced with a tough dilemma - stay with his adopted spider family he loves or take off for a life of dragonfly adventures with the Flying Aces.
The two dragonfly barnstormers, the king and queen of the sky, Roxie and Rocky perform their breathtaking airshow. Dragon is especially enrapt. He wants to learn a thing or two about flying. Rocky takes Dragon under his wing. When he invites Dragon to come along with them and join their mini aces, Dragon asks Holley and Miss Spider. They give him a definitive "no," he belongs with their family, but when they realise that Dragon has his heart set on it and that although they love him a ton, they can't teach him how to be the best dragonfly he can be, they change their minds. Dragon is free to fly away. As Dragon is about to fly off for good, he has a change of heart. He realises that for the time being he should be with the family that loves him the best.
