Lloyd made his solo debut with 2004's Southside, which peaked at #3 R&B/Hip-hop and #11 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart. The disc scored an R&B/Hip-hop Top 20 with the title track featuring Ashanti. He earned a gold album with 2007's Street Love (#2 R&B/Hip-hop and #2 Billboard 200), which included the #1 Pop and R&B/Hip-hop “You” featuring Lil Wayne and “Get It Shawty” (#4 R&B/Hip-hop and Top 20 Pop). 2008's Lessons In Love soared to #1 R&B/Hip-hop and Top 10 Billboard 200 while Lloyd and Lil Wayne sparked their magic together with the Top 20 R&B/Hip-hop hit ‘Girls Around The World.’ Lloyd added a #2 Pop/R&B crossover smash to his belt earlier this year as the featured guest on Young Money's 'BedRock.
