Jay Laga’aia is one of Australia’s most recognised faces having starred in an extraordinary number of films, TV programs and stage productions. Jay has released a host of highly successful children’s albums with ABC Music including, ‘I Can Play Anything’ and ‘Ten in the bed’. He returns now with ‘Family Time’- songs that allow your child to dream or to imagine; to play by themselves or with others.
‘Family Time’ is a musical reflection of a childhood filled with wondrous vocal adventures. From the title track (Family Time) through to a rapping welcome (Hi Jay); Family Time takes us on a journey to old and new destinations.
Jay has entertained children throughout Australia with his live children’s show, Jay’s Place Live. He is well known for taking time out to visit hospitals and schools to teach, but mainly to bond with the local community.
On ‘Family Time’ Jay is also joined on some tracks by his children:
Georgia Rose Laga’aia joins her dad in a duet on ‘Horse with Striped Pyjamas.’ While the Backing vocals on ‘Too Many Bubbles in the Bathtub’ -is covered by Georgia Rose, Katie and Bella Laga’aia.

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@retrounit.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
