Disc. 1, Increase Flexibility Nancy takes you through a complete series of easy stretching exercises which will help make your joints more supple, tone up your muscles, and give you a feeling of well being in your daily life. The exercises are designed to keep you in peak physical condition and to prevent the painful joints and muscular tension often associated with growing older. The gentle gymnastic exercises will also help improve your sense of balance.

Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
