carpets, this beautifully
photographed book contains over 25
designs for both experienced and novice
needleworkers.
A wide range of traditional designs by
lizabeth Bradley are included, all lavishly
photographed in full colour. Taking
inspiration from the Victorian period,
Elizabeth combines animals, birds, flowers
and fruit into exotic and colourful images.
With the aid of handpainted colour charts,
clear and detailed instructions indicating yarn
colors and quantities, and practical
information on stitching and making-up
techniques, each design is easy to complete.
Many designs and uses are presented:
cushions featuring subtly shaded, mossy
rosebud wreaths, a dark-eyed spaniel, or rich
autumn leaves. There is a cord and tassel
design for making borders, abstract patterns,
patchwork cushions and a variety of pictures
and rugs. The photographs show many ways
of using the designs for decoration or
present-giving, and a special feature of this
book is the collection of repeating patterns
which can be used to cover objects of any
shape or size.

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@retrounit.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
