At age 18, David, the Southampton born and bred teenager became one of the most talked about UK popular phenomena in a musical generation. In case anyone has forgotten, David became the youngest ever British male to achieve a number one hit with Fill Me In. Along side the other Born To Do It hits Fill Me In, 7 Days and Walking Away were all Top 10 singles here in Australia.
SLICKER THAN YOUR AVERAGE has been a year in the making with sessions conducted in London and New York. The new album witnesses David stepping up his game throughout, singing in different styles and incredibly managing to sound fresh and unique on every track. In the same way that Born To Do It had a definite ear for the pop charts. SLICKER THAN YOUR AVERAGE contains a heavy bass R&B sound with an even grittier urban edge. It reveals a logical progression of the Craig David sound, in as much as it's much more bass-driven and unafraid to get to the point lyrically.

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@retrounit.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
