Coming Home tells the story of a family's yearning to know what happened to brothers Cyril and Rufus Rigney who set off from their community of Raukkan in Point McLeay Mission, South Australia to join the Great War and fight for country.
In 2016, Creative Producer Lee-Ann Tjunypa Buckskin was engaged by Country Arts SA to work with Aboriginal Cinematographer and filmmaker Allan Collins to consult the community of Raukkan and work with aspiring South Australian Aboriginal filmmakers to tell the story of Aboriginal Diggers and their life experience.
