Produced by popular demand, Aerobics Oz Style's most experienced instructor, June Jones, takes you through a new series of high energy routines. This 55 minute programme is packed with a combination of low impact and jump moves to challenge your fitness, tone your muscles and improve coordination.
And making a special guest appearance in this exciting Fat Burner Breakthrough programme, are Karen Lake, Jacqueline Green and Kelly Piper, the 2004 International Sport Aerobic and Fitness World Champions!

International Sport Aerobic and Fitness World Champions!
Karen Lake (23), Jacqueline Green (24), Kelly Piper (26) began training together in May 2003 with the aim of qualifying to represent Australia in the open team category (trios) at the 2004 Federation of International sport Aerobics and Fitness Championships to be held in Australia in May 2004.
They competed in the FISAF 2003 Australian champ in October 2003 and won the category to represent
Australia at the 2004 FISAF World Championships.
Winning this championship is a major feat for the girls. They all work full time, and training sessions were either in the early hours of the morning or late in the evening. They had no professional team support, and Kelly was their coach. The motivation came from themselves.

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@retrounit.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
