Send in your scratched tired unworking Video Games, Movies and Music CD's and we will clean and restore all old Disc based Video Games, Movies and Music CD's to look and work like new.
We have specialist equipment and state of the art machines which are able to repair heavily scratched or damaged discs back to the top notch.
You pay shipping to us and we will send Disc back free of charge.
We are able to repair CD, DVD, recordable CD-R/W or DVD R/W, Dreamcast, SEGA Saturn, SEGA CD, PS1, PS2, GameCube, Wii, PC, Xbox and Xbox 360 discs
After you make your purchases, just pop your discs into an envelope; send to our address at your local post office and we will repair and send the discs straight back to your door right away. They will usually arrive back to you within 7-10 working days once the discs arrive to us.
We ask you to post the disc/s to us registered, and please obtain a proof of tracking from the post office, as we are cannot be held responsible if the discs do not reach us. We will repair the disc and post it back to you free of charge or you choose your return postage in checkout.

If the disc is somehow lost when sent back to you, we will fully refund you the cost of the repair(s). Note we cannot be held responsible for the discs value if it is lost in the post.
Do not send the disc in a box, as this adds to the postage costs for you and for us, so just simply pop the disc in an envelope or thin packaging.
Please note that we cannot repair discs that are cracked, warped or where the foil has been damaged - to check this, hold the disk up to a bright light to see if the light shines directly through the disc surface. Also we cannot fully repair VERY deep scratches, although cleaning it may cause the disc to work, the deep scratches may still show. But will definitely look better than before and any other light, medium or heavy scratches will be removed in the process.

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@retrounit.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
