Safe, effective and fun! Kundalini Yoga by definition, is an ancient and synergistic form of
yoga, practised for centuries in India and the East. It incorporates the physical, mental
and spiritual aspects of yoga into a cohesive and integrated system. Much of Kundalini
Yoga was kept secret untif Yogi Bhajan first came to America to teach it in 1969.
At is dynamic in its practice. vast in its practical information and powerful in its experience. It is
perfect for people who want the immediate and long term benefits of yoga. These classes are
designed to give you a survey of highly practical Kundalini Yoga techniques. You will learn to
practice physical postures, breathing exercises, stress release and relaxation techniques, guided
imagery and affirmations, mantras, kriyas, and meditations. The benefits will be enhanced
health and well being, greater flexibility, a more comfortable back, stronger and more balanced
immune, digestive, eliminative, and nervous systems. You will gain greater calmness, clarity,
creativity, and improved concentration, a working and understanding of the mind/body
connection and a self- guided ability to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.
Part 1: Introduction to Kundalini Yoga - This course of instruction gives a very easy to understand introduction to yoga, your instructor and the goals of the course. You will learn about mantra, its use and effectiveness as a centering tool and the benefits of practicing yoga. You will learn the warm up stretching series. This series will be practiced at the beginning of each of the subsequent videos. You will do a short set of exercises that will help the body with flexibility and will have guided deep relaxation to soothing music. You will learn and practice a projected healing meditation at the end of the class. Part 2: Simple Stretching & Basic Slow Deep Breathing This course of instruction continues the easy to understand introduction to yoga. You will repeat the warm up stretching series and then do a more complete set of exercise for flexibility and the spine. You will learn the benefits and practice the basic long slow deep breathing technique and will have a guided deep relaxation to soothing music. You will practice the projected healing meditation at the end of the class.Br49

Our team aim to pack, check and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Where an order is placed after 2pm AEST on Friday it may not be dispatched until Monday. During the Christmas holiday season, orders may take more than 24 hours before dispatch.
Overseas deliveries leave our warehouse every Wednesday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
